Acceptance of these terms
By using MoodPalz, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use MoodPalz.
What MoodPalz provides
MoodPalz provides self-support tools such as check-ins, breathing, grounding, thought parking, progress history, gentle reminders, and companion chat for anxious moments and overthinking.
Not medical or crisis care
MoodPalz is not a medical device, therapist, doctor, emergency service, or crisis service. MoodPalz does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition. If you are in danger, may harm yourself or someone else, or need urgent support, contact local emergency services immediately.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse MoodPalz, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer the app, access another person’s account, submit unlawful content, or use MoodPalz in a way that harms other people or violates applicable law.
Companion chat and AI features
Companion replies may be generated by automated systems and can be incomplete or incorrect. Use your own judgment and do not rely on MoodPalz for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice.
Subscriptions, trials, and payments
MoodPalz may offer paid features, trials, or subscriptions. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules may be shown in the app store or purchase flow. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the relevant app store or provider.
Intellectual property
MoodPalz, including its design, text, branding, software, and content, is owned by MoodPalz or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from MoodPalz except as allowed by law or with written permission.
Service changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of MoodPalz at any time. We may also update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
MoodPalz is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.
